What it is
VentureStrat’s investor outreach writes a personalized email to each investor you want to pitch and sends it from your own Gmail or Outlook account.
You connect your inbox once inside the platform. The AI drafts each email from what the investor backs and what you are building. You edit it until it sounds like you, and then it goes out under your name. Investors see a normal email from a founder, not a message from a tool.
Who it's for
It is for pre seed and seed founders who have a list of investors and not enough hours to write to each of them properly.
Most founders know a generic email gets ignored, and most also know they cannot write two hundred tailored ones by hand. Outreach sits between those two problems. If you are raising entirely through warm introductions, the fundraising CRM will help you more than this will.
How it works
You pick investors from the database or your matches, and VentureStrat drafts an opening email for each one.
Every draft refers to the investor’s focus and to your company, so it reads like you did the research. Nothing sends until you approve it. Once an email is out, you schedule follow ups from the same screen, and replies land in your own inbox like any other email.
| Sends from | Your own Gmail or Outlook |
|---|---|
| Emails per month | 125 on Starter, 500 on Pro, 1,000 on Scale |
| AI drafts per month | 150 on Starter, 600 on Pro, 1,200 on Scale |
| Follow ups per month | 5 on Starter, 500 on Pro, 1,000 on Scale |
| Trial | 3 days, no card required |
How founders use it
Most founders send in small batches, a few investors a day, rather than all at once.
That pace lets you learn from the first replies before you write to the investors you care about most. When someone answers, the conversation moves into the fundraising CRM, so you can see where every investor stands.
Limits and honesty
Good outreach cannot rescue a round that is not ready, and no tool can make an investor reply.
If your deck is weak or the investor does not fit, a better email will only get you a faster no. Treat the AI’s draft as a strong starting point and edit it before it goes out. Sending from your own inbox also means your name is on every email, which is a good reason to send fewer and better ones.
Questions
- Will investors know I used AI?
- They see a normal email from your own address. Whether it sounds like you depends on how much you edit the draft, so read it before you send.
- How many emails can I send?
- Starter includes 125 emails a month, Pro includes 500 and Scale includes 1,000. AI drafts have their own monthly allowance of 150, 600 or 1,200 depending on your plan, so you can redo a draft you don’t like. The pricing page has the full breakdown.
